Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping – $12.95

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available for all orders
Free Shipping – For orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders $50 and above
Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Important Note: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your items.
- Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the items with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to our address:

- Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the sacred nature of certain products and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for health and safety reasons)
- Gift Bags and Tissue Paper (consumable/disposable nature)
- All Clearance items (including Clearance Accessories, Clearance Clothing, Clearance Dresses, Clearance Skirts & Bottoms, and Clearance Tops)
- Any items not in original condition, damaged, or missing tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
